    Sharing of Japan Story by Special Guest: Chef Willin Low

    Chef Willin Low is a restaurateur in Singapore who specializes in "mod Sin" or modern Singaporean cuisine. Early 2018, he opened a restaurant - in Niseko, Hokkaido - called "Roketto", which focuses on Japanese ingredients and influences to inflect Singaporean foods. Currently stationed in Singapore, he has lived in Hokkaido for long durations and explored many areas of Japan. Chef Willin will be sharing his intimate stories of Japan and his passion for the Japanese food scene. Get ready to have your taste buds tantalized!

    Have you heard of Hita City in Oita Prefecture? Hita City which is located close to the centre of Kyushu.
